Happy October 2015
National Chiropractic Health Month!
Chiropractic has been providing drug free health care since 1895. Well know for its efficacy in treating back and neck conditions, chiropractic is also very effective at treating every other joint of the body. What many people don’t consider are the other health conditions that may benefit from chiropractic care.
A review of any atlas of human anatomy reveals that every vertebra is associated with a specific spinal nerve. Spinal nerves control every organ, muscle and function in our body. Often, chiropractic patients report significant improvement in seemingly unrelated health conditions than the back pain for which they were being treated. Below is a list of specific vertebra and some health conditions that are frequently influenced by adjusting these spinal segments.
C1- chronic fatigue, dizziness, headaches, nervousness, head colds, high blood pressure, insomnia, migraine headaches
C2- allergies, sinus trouble, allergies, crossed eyes, eye troubles, earache, certain cases of blindness
C3- acne, eczema
C4- hay fever, congestion and sinus troubles
C5- laryngitis, hoarseness, throat conditions
