Montana's Favorite Season is Here!
Here in Montana we are blessed to have 4 seasons. We have winter which is coming soon. We have springtime, which some folks affectionately refer to as "mud season". We have summer, or not so fondly referred to as "fire season". And then there is the king of seasons here in Montana, Hunting Season.
Hunting season for elk and deer is officially open. When hunters are successful the work begins. Work around hunting requires heavy lifting, backpacking and dragging. All of these activities can contribute to significant low back pain and tightness.
