New to (or back at...) working out?

Are you getting back into shape after a long time off? Whether you've just taken time off from an injury, or are you starting to train harder for a new athletic goal? It is really important to ensure that your body has the flexibility to access the “shapes” needed to perform training movements and exercises!

Adjusting can help.

Getting adjusted will help reduce restrictions in the spine and major extremity joints, making it easier to safely get into positions needed to exercise. This will reduce the risk for injury, and allow you to safely push harder towards your training goals!

DISCLAIMER: It is always my advice when training for something new to have a coach or a training partner who is going to help you train safely. Whenever doing resistance exercise, make sure your form is PERFECT! Sometimes the only way to do this is to have an experienced coach or trainer watch and guide you into the proper position.
